Larxs We're consumers just like you, trying to help others here in this forum. Try downloading, saving & installing latest Intel chipset driver first: system. Uninstall currently installed WLAN & Bluetooth drivers from Device Manager - Control Panel. Then - Again install the Wireless LAN driver from above link, restart system after completing installation. Then, install Bluetooth driver given in above link, restart system after installation. Check. If that don't work, uninstall WLAN & Bluetooth again from Device Manager, Try Ralink( Mediatek) driver directly from manufacturer's site: system Install Bluetooth driver given by banhien again. Restart system Check. That's all I have in my mind.
