System Requirements: Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows 8.1

I want to run some url, i used curl in windows environment for it.i downloaded curl executable from and saved curl.exe in C drive than i just open the command prompt and type: C:\curl but it is giving me error: libeay32.dll was not found. though i have this dll file in archive, How can i fix this problem.
A friend of mine just bought Mass Effect and it doesn't launch. We've closed Origin and opened it with Administrator rights, still nothing. When we right-clicked the Mass Effect.exe in the Binaries map in Mass Effect we clicked troubleshoot compatibility. It said ssleay32.dll is missing. I tried to locate the file and it seems that Origin's root map has ssleay32.dll and so does the x64 submap, so I don't really understand why it's saying it's missing that DLL file. While comparing his Mass Effect folder with mine, I noticed that he had an additional map in his Binaries map which was called Core. There was another ssleay32.dll file inside and none of these three DLL files were the same size. For some reason he was also missing the Mass Effect Launcher.exe, so I've send him mine + Mass Effect Launcher.xml and the launcher map located in the data submap. The launcher was up and running, so we pressed play and it opened Origin to launch the game. Still the same problem, it wouldn't launch. just didn't do anything. I opened Mass Effect Config.exe to see if there was something wrong with his version, but he has the same version as I do: V1.02. We have the same operating system: Windows 7 64-bit. I replaced all his ssleay32.dll files with mine with an exception on the ssleay32.dll located in his Core map, because I do not have this Core map in my Binaries map. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? I have the same issues.live chat was absolutely NO HELP whatsoever, DXDiag showed nothing, MSINFO32 showed nothing. I did everything they asked, and waited for ages between replies, I went to the toilet, as I did not respond quick enough regarding System File Checker he closed the chat. System File Checker takes a few moments but showed nothing also. I was playing these C ) Im running win7 64 bit I only get this error when i try to run theredalertred alert 3 vanilla plays fine Private Joined: ( UTC) Posts: 2 Location: Delft Was thanked: 1 time(s) in 1 post(s) Is it the Origin version of the game? Thing is, if it's not the retail, the files of The Red Alert will be placed in a different directory then the game itself. Therefor you need to copy the DLL files FROM the original RA3 to the mod directory (placed in: X:\ Install directory \ Data\ Core) to the mod folder. These are the files it says it's missing. But, so far I can't seem to get The Red Alert to work with my Origin.
