In a business environment, we needed computers FAST.we bought 2 Envy 700-074's and had to remove & replace Windows 8 with Windows 7. We have updated all of the drivers except the Universal Serial Bus ( USB) Controller. I have searched high and low, avoiding the websites that require you to download a downloader, which, I feel, must be spyware or malware.
